- to contact the user in order to provide replies, quotations, and details about the requested services;

failure to do so will make it impossible to respond.

- persons authorized by the Data Controller;

Data submitted through the contact form will be retained for the time necessary to manage the request and, in any case,
for a maximum period of 24 months, unless longer retention is required by law or for the protection of the Data Controller’s rights.

As a rule, data are not transferred outside the European Economic Area. Should this be necessary (e.g. for technical services),
the transfer will take place in compliance with the GDPR, using appropriate safeguards (e.g. adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses).
